With more reality groups (and even more realtors) in the Pigeon Forge area than you can shake a stick at, Mountain Realty (and Neva Waite) stand out above the pack.
If you value a realtor who is proactive, friendly, professional, and caring, look no further than Neva. You will not regret depending on Mountain Reality for your real-estate needs.

What a great experience! Not only did Jody get the job done, but she took care of our every need during each step of the process. We had a very unusual set of circumstances develop and she handled it like a total pro. Wouldn't consider using anyone else in the future! Don't waste your time with the part time realtors; hire a full time pro, Jody, and you'll be so glad you did.

Mountain Realty Group has served us twice. Each time, Wendy and Mark Booth, our realtor team, worked over and beyond to make sure that we were fully informed on each step of the way. They took what was important to us and made it important to them. They are highly professional in their field. It has been our honor to work with them and to now be able to call them friends.

Jody has been a perfect realtor for us. She works very, Very hard, gives us tons of her time, is totally honest, asks questions, answers questions, and listens to every word we say. She is never pushy, but always caring. She is talented and knowledgeable. Not only does she understand Tennessee real estate, she also has vast knowledge in cabinetry, construction, roofing, decorating, and designing. If she is working for you, she fights for your interests. She takes care of everything immediately!!!! She goes over and beyond. We thank God we found her!!

I worked with Jodi to purchase an out of state investment property and couldn’t have had a better experience with her. I’ve worked with other agents in other states, and Jodi really stands out from the rest. She truly is an expert on the area and took the time to answer any questions I had and communicated quickly. She didn’t just care about making a sale, she took the time to make sure that the investment would have a solid ROI and helped me to understand the entire process. Working with Jodi was hands down the best choice I could have made and I hope to work with her again in the future.
