Meet Wendy Booth.
Wendy Booth has been a broker with Mountain Realty Group since 2011 and has been a successful Gatlinburg realtor since 2004. Wendy specializes in residential real estate including permanent homes, vacation homes and overnight rentals. She is married to a general contractor, which affords her expert consultations in regards to building or remodeling projects for her clients. Wendy continues to have a successful real estate career where she focuses on the needs of her client. She is very excited to work in the beautiful foothills of the Smoky Mountains.
Her goal is to make sure that you “love where you buy”. In addition to her real estate experience she has a B.A. in Psychology. She loves the outdoors and you can often find her hiking trails in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
